I am very pleased to announce that DC Dawgs held our organizing meeting for 2011 on March 30, and we now have a great team in place for the upcoming year.
Please join me in congratulating Matt Duckworth as the new President of DC Dawgs. As you can see below, the DC Dawgs have a number of new and seasoned Board Members, Officers and Committee Members that are all enthusiastic and motivated to bring their expertise to bear in this successful alumni Chapter. DC Dawgs - Chapter of the Year 2009!
Dear Fellow DC Dawgs:
I am pleased to announce that our Chapter has been awarded the University of Georgia Alumni Association's Chapter of the Year Award for 2009!
I want to personally thank the 2008-2009 board for their work and dedication. This award is truly an acknowledgement of the time, talent, and resources they dedicated last year to ensure a rich experience for all area alums.
I also want to thank past Chapter presidents, Lindsay Moss and Ryan O'Neill, who worked to take DC Dawgs from the ground up. They laid a solid foundation that we were able to expand upon last year, and continue to expand upon this year.
